PROPOSED PHOTOBOOK PROJECT - WORKS TO DATE

This photography book is a poetic and deeply relational reflection on my practice to date, weaving together images and words to trace entangled stories of cultural identity, belonging and diaspora. Moving between intimate interiors and expansive landscapes, the work follows bodies in motion and at rest—figures arriving, leaving, and lingering in spaces marked by migration, memory and inherited histories.

Attentive to feminist practices and the often-erased labour of women and marginalised communities, the book situates each photograph within broader historical contexts, asking who is seen, who is missing, and how archives are made. Through detailed visual essays and lyrical text, it explores how the body carries place, how landscape holds story, and how personal and collective histories intersect to shape complex, ever-shifting forms of home.

This work has been supported by a Bundanon Artistic Residency in 2026. A selection of images from the above are included below.
